Seasons

Orange, yellow, red, and rustic hues we see~
Scattered over the ground, tiny treasures, from ancient trees are found.
Whispering gently, willows, pines and oaks… their leaves, take flight, on breezy winds and go.
Making way for new seasons carried on by the young and the old…
A timeless journey, while some may stay…others, are sent, away!
Shivers come by night and day…
Soon winter will arrive…
Resting they will thrive…
Snuggling in the warmth of bed, as countless years go by…
Seasons come and seasons go, memories of all of those…
Longing for one more day, one more year, to be blessed enough to stay.
Wrapped in a blanket of endless love
Treasures remaining, like a nesting dove…
Brings all that we’ve been dreaming of…
Colors of the seasons seen by all who will take a look…
Flavors we savor from a favorite book…
Seasons last, forever and a day!

Ecclesiastes 3 King James VersionTo everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

I love the Lord Jesus Christ and am passionate about writing. I hope you enjoy the blog and come to visit often. Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. “Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith. Habakkuk 2: 2-4
