You see only flaws
I see the struggle you faced with each step you took
I see the disappointment when others wouldn’t take another look
I see the lies and hopelessness, as your heart quaked and shook…
I see the strength it took, for you to continue on, even when everything around you seemed to crumble; your life was a closed book…
The struggle has been between your flesh and my call…
The disappointment was the beginning, for I’d never let you fall…
The lies and the hopelessness was from the enemy of your soul…
It took its toll…but child, I gave you the strength when you began to fold…
Those flaws you see within you are diamonds in the rough
I’m cutting each one to perfection; that’s what will make you tough…
A flawless diamond is not worth very much…
That’s why it takes my loving hand and with each and every touch…
You become more valuable, more beautiful, priceless, loved so much…
With all your flaws I have chosen you to be my precious bride
Lift up your head, and do not doubt, for it is I, who will guide you to my bleeding side…
Where flaws are turned into diamonds, and living-stones are placed in your crown…
The flaws you see, are but temporary…
Take heart my darling, for I will never let you down!
Brokenness is the bridge to being found!

Romans 8:38-39 The Passion Translation
38 So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles,[a] fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. 39 There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!
