In your presence I abide,
It’s there I find my rest
No worries of tomorrow
No tears, no sorrow…
For in your presence there is joy
There’s peace
There all my troubles cease
The bread of life
Taking all my grief
Under your wing, I abide.
In the world there are trials
In the world life is hard.
Come out from among them,
Your heart I will guard.
Abiding in my presence is where you’ll find your rest.
Like the little sparrow, in me build your nest.
In your presence I abide,
It’s there I find my rest

Through stormy seas, or peaceful meadow
