Is it Worth it

Is it worth it?
Will it be, worth it?
Questions of the heart and mind leave me speechless, leave me blind
Then looking full upon His face
A definite surrendered heart bows, to His, unfailing grace
Worth it and then some!
Worth giving up the hell of defeat, sleepless nights and weeping I repeat…
God help me stand upon my weary feet…
…One more day…
Worth it to have a life of peace, when otherwise,
Your heart shattered, and beaten without release…
Worth it to know when I’ve breathed my last breath
I’ll be with him and never know death…
Worth the trials and all the tests…to know Jesus will give me rest…
Worth it all, to have confidence and faith, knowing that God has promised…
Life here and life to come…Knowing Jesus I’ve overcome; now my race is won…
Worth the fight and worth the fear
Worth the battle and worth the tears
Worth the pain and suffering, worth the struggle,
Worth remains…
When we accept His love and share…
His worth becomes revealed
You see, there is no one here,
No woman or man, who can save you from life’s despair,
No one to rescue you from death…
Beware…
There is only One!
What it takes, is faith…in Jesus Christ, God’s son!
The worth is in the value…
The value, priceless…debt, paid in full
Your worth won’t come through material gain
It’s not in a place, or through great fame…
It’s only through one, whose precious name…
Is Jesus Christ!
Follow Him…

Matthew 13:45-46 New King James Version (NKJV) The Parable of the Pearl of Great Price

“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.

I love the Lord Jesus Christ and am passionate about writing. I hope you enjoy the blog and come to visit often. Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. “Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith. Habakkuk 2: 2-4
