{"id":952,"date":"2017-06-02T08:40:58","date_gmt":"2017-06-02T13:40:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/?p=952"},"modified":"2017-06-02T08:40:58","modified_gmt":"2017-06-02T13:40:58","slug":"ask-for-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/index.php\/2017\/06\/02\/ask-for-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Ask for More&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-953 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/75430491e84e9315a618809990470924-215x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/75430491e84e9315a618809990470924-215x300.jpg 215w, https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/75430491e84e9315a618809990470924.jpg 236w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 215px) 100vw, 215px\" \/><\/h6>\n<h6>Here\u2019s a thought\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Can you have too much JOY\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Can you have too much LOVE\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Can you have too much PEACE\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Can you have too much FAITH\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Or goodness, or kindness, or gentleness, or longsuffering, or self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)<\/h6>\n<h6>Think about this for a moment\u2026the Psalmist said, \u201cMy cup runs over\u2026\u201d (Psalm 23:5)<\/h6>\n<h6>God is a God who says, \u201cI am more than enough\u2026\u201d (2 Corinthians 9:8)<\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus fed five thousand, with five barley loaves and two fish, all were full, there was more, left over\u2026 John 6:13<\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus said, \u201cI came that you would have life and have life more abundant\u2026\u201d (John 10:10)<\/h6>\n<h6>Paul said, \u201cYou are more than a conqueror in Christ\u2026\u201d (Romans 8:37)<\/h6>\n<h6>God said, \u201cI will pour you out a blessing that there is not room to store it\u2026\u201d (Malachi 3:10)<\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus said, \u201cThese things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and <em>that<\/em> your joy may be full \u2026\u201d (John 15:11)<\/h6>\n<h6>He said, \u201cI leave you My peace, not like the world\u2019s peace\u2026\u201d (John 14:27)<\/h6>\n<h6>He gives More, not Less\u2026.Because when he gives us More it overflows onto others\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>It is a continuous flow\u2026He told the woman at the well, \u201cif you drink of the water that I give you, you will never thirst again\u2026\u201d Why? Because it never runs dry\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>My\/Your cup overflows\u2026just like the little sheep that is fed by the Good Shepherd\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>It\u2019s OK to have More of Him\u2026.It is not selfish or greedy or envious to want more of Him\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>\u201cOh taste and see that the Lord is good,\u201d (Psalm 34:8)<\/h6>\n<h6>\u201cHe satisfies your mouth with good things\u2026\u201d(Psalm 103:5)<\/h6>\n<h6>Can you have TOO MUCH LOVE? Can you have TOO MUCH JESUS\u2026?<\/h6>\n<h6>No\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>That\u2019s like saying can you have too much air to breathe\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>His love, joy, peace, doesn\u2019t get stale or stagnant, it doesn\u2019t get used up, it doesn\u2019t get old or moldy, it is fresh and good, it satisfies, it is continuously overflowing\u2026and He so longs to give you more\u2026just ask, your cup will overflow\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Imagine too much JOY\u2026.Your soul is so happy that there is no room to be sad, or discouraged, or depressed or lonely or afraid\u2026.You are so full of Joy that you break out into singing and dancing and living and giving and helping\u2026because this JOY, is the Lord\u2019s JOY, and His Joy, is your strength\u2026 (Psalm 28:7)<\/h6>\n<h6><em>But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. <strong>Galatians 5:22-23New King James Version (NKJV)<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>The <\/em><em>Lord<\/em><em> is my strength and my shield;<\/em> <em>my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.<\/em> <em>My heart leaps for joy,<\/em> <em>and with my song I praise him.<\/em> <strong><em>Psalm 28:7 <\/em><em>New International Version (NIV)<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Nehemiah said, \u201cGo and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, <strong>for the joy of the <\/strong><\/em><strong><em>Lord<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> is your strength.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Nehemiah 8:10 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>New International Version (NIV)<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>You prepare a table before me<\/em><em> in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. <\/em><strong><em>Psalm 23:5 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>New International Version (NIV<\/em><\/strong><em>)<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.<\/em><em><strong> 2 Corinthians 9:8 New International Version (NIV)<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.
