Five foolish sisters weary from waiting, \u201cNo telling when He\u2019ll come.<\/h6>\n
Let\u2019s sleep awhile, our journeys just begun.<\/h6>\n
There\u2019s plenty of time before the bridegroom comes.\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Waking early in the afternoon they yawn, \u201cThere\u2019s no need to rush<\/h6>\n
Let\u2019s eat, drink and be merry, since it\u2019s only us.<\/h6>\n
Our other sisters have lots of oil, if ours runs out\u2026<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll help us; I have no doubt!\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The foolish sisters spend their days, watching TV, shopping for new clothes<\/h6>\n
\u201cOh, I love that, I\u2019ll also take one of those.<\/h6>\n
Let\u2019s go out to eat, and a movie does sound nice.\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
What a terrible sacrifice\u2026<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
If only they\u2019d listened and obeyed the Lord\u2026<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
But they gave up their inheritance, while in a narrow-minded trance\u2026<\/h6>\n
Not knowing this night, would be their last chance\u2026<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Five wise sisters preparing every day,<\/h6>\n
For their bridegroom to arrive<\/h6>\n
While keeping their lamps lit and fully alive\u2026<\/h6>\n
Praying and seeking, what the master desired of them<\/h6>\n
Lovingly bowing humbly, before Him\u2026<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
They watched! They waited! They kept extra oil just in case<\/h6>\n
Because when He finally came, they\u2019d be ready to make haste!<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Shouts of rejoicing, \u201cThe Bridegroom is, here!!!<\/h6>\n
Come now sisters, let us draw near\u2026\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
But the five Foolish Sisters\u2019 oil, had run dry\u2026 \u201cIt\u2019s too late, we have no oil. Let us go and buy.\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
But it was midnight and the market was closed. So, they began to cry\u2026<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
\u201cPlease give us just a little of your oil, Wise Sisters, please help us on our way!\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re sorry, Foolish Sisters, the Bridegroom is here today, and if we give you our oil, we too will have to stay\u2026You should have been ready\u2026You had time, but you wasted it on worldly things, this is what disobedience brings!\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The Bridegroom and his Bride enter the Grand Ballroom! All those who were ready were there too!<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Pounding, outside the door, screams of, \u201cLET US IN! LET US IN!\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The door is shut and cannot be opened\u2026<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
There\u2019s an alarm sounding\u2026the signs are all there\u2026WAKE UP! WAKE UP! Stop being deceived by what you see, hear and think! Listen to Holy Spirit, be filled with more of Him! Shake yourself, Turn Around and Return to your first Love!<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Learn the lesson of the story\u2026don\u2019t be as the five foolish ones<\/em>, keep your lamps full of oil and be Holy. Stay alert, be wise and ready, for the bridegroom will return for those who have their lamps full, those who are wise and are waiting and watching for Him!<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n

\u201cThen the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet\u00a0the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.<\/em><\/h6>\n
\u201cAnd at midnight a cry was heard: \u2018Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!\u2019 Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps.
