Kneeling in the presence of Almighty God<\/h6>\n
I cannot stand or dare to look at thee for\u2026<\/h6>\n
I am a sinner, unworthy to be\u2026<\/h6>\n
Anywhere near thee\u2026<\/h6>\n
I am humbled by your Holiness\u2026<\/h6>\n
I am undone; cast me far away from your presence for I cannot bear the thought of the Host High God, looking at me. O wretched woman who I am\u2026<\/h6>\n
Shield me seraphim, let me melt away in my sackcloth and ashes\u2026let me repent and turn away from the sin before my God\u2026<\/h6>\n
I cannot even begin to speak with a mouth that\u2019s vile and unclean\u2026how can I praise thee<\/h6>\n
With lips that utter unjust things and cry with a heart that\u2019s marred by evil that waits just beneath my breath\u2026and people that I dwell among they too have unclean lips\u2026and hearts far from thee\u2026<\/h6>\n
O Holy One\u2026I am undone let me hide and run from thee\u2026<\/h6>\n
Then the angel took coal of fire from the altar and placed it on my lips\u2026<\/h6>\n
Sanctifying and consecrating my mouth to speak the words of God, to God, without the stench of sin upon my breath\u2026<\/h6>\n
Then I heard the Lord saying, \u201cWhom shall I send, and who will go for us?\u201d<\/h6>\n
But LORD, I am a woman, who will listen to me? I don\u2019t have a degree or money, I am just me.<\/h6>\n
You are exactly who I want\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
The scares, the wounds, and the marks of a life broken\u2026your heart is true, you are who I have sought. I created women too\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
And with humble adoration I spoke to my LORD and said, I’m old, and I’m weak, I can’t offer much but what I have I give to thee…<\/h6>\n

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one another:<\/em><\/h6>\n
\u201cHoly, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.<\/em><\/h6>\n
\u201cWoe to me!\u201d I cried. \u201cI am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, \u201cSee, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, \u201cWhom shall I send? And who will go for us?\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
And I said, \u201cHere am I. Send me!\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
He said, \u201cGo and tell this people:<\/em><\/h6>\n
\u201c\u2018Be ever hearing, but never understanding;<\/em><\/h6>\n
be ever seeing, but never perceiving.\u2019<\/em><\/h6>\n
Make the heart of this people calloused;<\/em><\/h6>\n
make their ears dull<\/em><\/h6>\n
and close their eyes<\/em><\/h6>\n
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,<\/em><\/h6>\n
hear with their ears,<\/em><\/h6>\n
understand with their hearts,<\/em><\/h6>\n
and turn and be healed.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
Then I said, \u201cFor how long, Lord?\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
And he answered:<\/em><\/h6>\n
\u201cUntil the cities lie ruined<\/em><\/h6>\n
and without inhabitant,<\/em><\/h6>\n
until the houses are left deserted<\/em><\/h6>\n
and the fields ruined and ravaged,<\/em><\/h6>\n
until the Lord has sent everyone far away<\/em><\/h6>\n
and the land is utterly forsaken.<\/em><\/h6>\n
And though a tenth remains in the land,<\/em><\/h6>\n
it will again be laid waste.<\/em><\/h6>\n
But as the terebinth and oak<\/em><\/h6>\n
leave stumps when they are cut down,<\/em><\/h6>\n
