Unaware, in the still of the night, gathered around a warm fire light, shepherds were watching their sheep sleeping in an open field.<\/h6>\n
God said, \u201cAngel-bright go and tell them the good news.\u201d<\/h6>\n
A glorious light shown around the men as they staired in awe and fear\u2026but Angel-bright said, \u201cDo not be afraid shepherds. I have an announcement to make, I am from the Lord Most High and he sent me to tell you, His son, your Messiah has been born this very night. It will be a sign unto you, go to Bethlehem and you will see a baby wrapped in strips of cloth, lying in a humble trough. Mary, his mother and Joseph are there too.<\/h6>\n
The shepherds looked on in wonder and as they listened a battalion of angels sang out in one accord\u2026Glory to God in the highest they sang, peace, goodwill to mankind we bring\u2026let all of heaven and earth rejoice at the arrival of the newborn<\/span>\u00a0King!!!<\/em><\/h6>\n
The shepherds took an unblemished lamb to lay before the Great I Am and there, they saw, the baby Jesus just as they had been told. The little lamb bayed at the Savior\u2019s side, breathing, sleeping, Messiah, alive\u2026<\/h6>\n
The sacrifice was made\u2026coming down from heaven His life he gave\u2026<\/h6>\n
Oh, worship the precious baby lamb today!<\/h6>\n
His story has been told throughout the ages\u2026<\/h6>\n
We know he\u2019s no longer in the troth\u2026or wrapped in strips of death-cloth\u2026<\/h6>\n
The angels are still singing his glory, we, are still proclaiming His story\u2026<\/h6>\n
Wisemen still seek him\u2026shepherds are watching\u2026for in a day when we least expect it\u2026<\/h6>\n
The Lion, no longer a lamb will return!<\/h6>\n
Watch and pray\u2026<\/h6>\n

8\u00a0<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>That night there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep.\u00a09\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord\u2019s glory surrounded them. They were terrified,\u00a010\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>but the angel reassured them. \u201cDon\u2019t be afraid!\u201d he said. \u201cI bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people.\u00a011\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>The Savior\u2014yes, the Messiah, the Lord\u2014has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!\u00a012\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
