I\u2019m too old, I\u2019m too young, I don\u2019t have the academic qualifications, I\u2019m a baby Christian. I don\u2019t know anything about the Bible. How can I discuss it with someone?<\/h6>\n<h6>I heard a message this past week the person was talking about Jesus. This one line jumped out at me. My spiritual ears tuned into those words\u2026 <em>\u201cI will be with you.\u201d<\/em> They echoed in my mind even up to the time of this writing. I knew I had to write something. I looked up a number of scriptures where God\/Jesus\/Holy Spirit spoke those words to people throughout the Bible. A few key examples come to mind.<\/h6>\n<h6>God would answer each one. <em>I will be with you.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Abraham<\/strong>, went out not knowing where he was going, all he knew was that God said, <em>\u201cI\u2019ll be with you.\u201d Hebrews 11:8<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Jacob<\/strong>, wrestled with the Lord. Faced many hardships but the Lord said, <em>\u201cI\u2019ll be with you.\u201d <\/em><em>Genesis 32:22-32<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Moses<\/strong>, \u201cI\u2019m slow of speech and tongue how can I be a leader? <em>\u201cI know Moses, but I\u2019ll be with you.\u201d Exodus 4:10<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Gideon<\/strong>, \u201cHow can I rescue Israel. My clan is the least in Manasseh and I\u2019m the youngest of my family.\u201d <em>\u201cI know, but I\u2019ll be with you,\u201d Judges 6:15<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Samson<\/strong>, \u201cStrong, but his weakness for Delilah cost him his eyes and his strength.\u201d The Lord said, <em>\u201cI\u2019ll be with you.\u201d Judges 16<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>David<\/strong>, \u201cThis armor is too big.\u201d <em>It is, but I\u2019ll be with you. 1 Samuel 17:39<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Jabez<\/strong>, \u201cI don\u2019t want to cause pain.\u201d <em>I understand, I\u2019ll be with you. 1 Chronicles 4:9-11<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Mary<\/strong>, \u201cI am the handmaid of the Lord, be it unto me. <em>I\u2019ll be with you. Luke 1:38<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Martha<\/strong>, \u201cTroubled and worried about many things.\u201d <em>I\u2019ll be with you. Luke 10:40-42<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Elijah<\/strong>, \u201cI\u2019m the only one left.\u201d <em>Not true but, I\u2019ll be with you. 1 Kings 19:9-11<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Daniel<\/strong>, \u201cLion\u2019s den? Really?\u201d <em>I\u2019ll be with you. Daniel 6<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Naomi<\/strong>, her husband died and both of her sons, but her daughter-in-law Ruth clung to her. She was not alone. <em>\u201cI\u2019ll be with you.\u201d Ruth 1:14<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6>There are so many more\u2026even Jesus, when he was in human form, in a lonely garden, prayed and said, Father let this cup pass from me\u2026never-the-less not my will but thine be done. Matthew 26:38-40<\/h6>\n<h6>These words He spoke to his disciples<em>, I will be with you always.<\/em> He knew what it was to be utterly and completely alone. Suffering taught him obedience and so, He would never leave us nor forsake us. He said, <em>\u201cI\u2019ll be with you.\u201d Matthew 28:19-20<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>I\u2019ll be with you,<\/em> when the doctor says there is no hope. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when the divorce papers are signed. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when you\u2019re abandoned and left as orphans. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when you lose your job, and the bills aren\u2019t paid. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when a loved one dies. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when you\u2019re sent to prison. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when the alcohol addiction doesn\u2019t end. <em>I\u2019ll be with you,<\/em> when you\u2019re sent off to war. <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>, when you feel isolated, alone and defeated. When you take your last breath, <em>I\u2019ll be with you<\/em>. Jesus is saying, \u201cI\u2019ll always be with you.\u201d Through every trial and tribulation, every heartache and every pain. Every anxiety and fear. Do not be afraid, I Am With You!<\/h6>\n<h6>I\u2019ll be with you in good times and not so good times. Weary soldier, do not give up take hold of my promise, I will always be with you!<\/h6>\n<h6>God is faithful. In every unimaginable circumstance know this, you are not alone. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Joshua 1:9<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/ 14<\/h6>\n<h6>Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, <strong>for the\u00a0Lord\u00a0your God is with you wherever you go<\/strong>.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Deuteronomy 31:6<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, <strong>for it is the\u00a0Lord\u00a0your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.\u201d<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Deuteronomy 31:8<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>It is the\u00a0Lord\u00a0who goes before you<strong>. He will be with you;<\/strong> he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Psalm 23:4<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, <strong>for you are with me; <\/strong>your rod and your staff, they comfort me.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Haggai 1:13<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>Then Haggai, the messenger of the\u00a0Lord, spoke to the people with the\u00a0Lord&#8217;s message, <strong>\u201cI am with you, declares the\u00a0Lord.\u201d<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Deuteronomy 20:1<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>\u201cWhen you go out to war against your enemies and see horses and chariots and an army larger than your own, you shall not be afraid of them, <strong>for the\u00a0Lord\u00a0your God is with you<\/strong>, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Isaiah 43:2<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/ 146<\/h6>\n<h6>When you pass through the waters, <strong>I will be with you<\/strong>; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Matthew 28:19-20<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold<strong>, I am with you always,<\/strong> to the end of the age.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Hebrews 13:5<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV \/<\/h6>\n<h6>Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, <strong>\u201cI will never leave you nor forsake you.\u201d<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong><u>Judges 6:15-16<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ESV<\/h6>\n<h6>And he said to him, \u201cPlease, Lord, how can I save Israel? Behold, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father&#8217;s house.\u201d And the\u00a0Lord\u00a0said to him, \u201c<strong>But I will be with you,<\/strong> and you shall strike the Midianites as one man.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Isaiah 43:2 The Passion Translation<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong><sup>2\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>When you pass through<sup data-fn=\"#fen-TPT-4189a\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-TPT-4189a&quot; title=&quot;See footnote a&quot;&gt;a&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Is+43.2&amp;version=TPT#fen-TPT-4189a\">a<\/a>]<\/sup>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>deep, stormy<\/em>\u00a0sea, you can count on me to be there with you. When you pass through\u00a0<em>raging<\/em>\u00a0rivers, You will not drown.
