The cedars reach for the sky, while birds sing in sweet delight\u2026<\/h6>\n
The dawning of a new day accepts the kiss of peace<\/em> as life,<\/h6>\n
Awakens, yawns and begins again.<\/h6>\n
Our creator looks on with confidence, knowing we are His\u2026<\/h6>\n

The Christian church was born on Pentecost two thousand years ago when the mighty \u201cstorm\u201d of the Spirit came into the upper room. See Acts 2<\/a>. The last word of this psalm is \u201cpeace.\u201d It begins with a storm, but God brings his people peace even in the midst of storms.<\/em><\/h6>\n

The boots of all those invading troops, along with their shirts soaked with innocent blood, Will be piled in a heap and burned, a fire that will burn for days! For a child has been born\u2014for us! the gift of a son\u2014for us! He\u2019ll take over the running of the world. His names will be: Amazing Counselor, Strong God, Eternal Father, Prince of Wholeness<\/strong>. His ruling authority will grow, and there\u2019ll be no limits to the wholeness he brings.
