Aunt Rose is 87, she loves the Lord and has inspires me all the time. I love her dearly. I hope you enjoy her writing and that you, too, will be encouraged and blessed as you read her poem.<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4711\" src=\"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/soldier-saluting-97765185-5ae381c9ff1b78003648b061-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/soldier-saluting-97765185-5ae381c9ff1b78003648b061-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/soldier-saluting-97765185-5ae381c9ff1b78003648b061.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h6><em>Our women and men, so brave and true,<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Fight for liberty for me and you.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Some gave much and some gave all~<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Many answered to Freedom\u2019s Call.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Now, they look up to the stars,<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Memory brings back, freedom\u2019s scars.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>All of their buddies, left behind,<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Who fought and died, for this country of mine.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>With a tear in their eye and a<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Hand on their chest\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>They know in their heart; they did their best.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>For America, the Home of the Brave, and<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>The Land of the Free\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>That cost so much, for you and me.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Give a \u201cThank you,\u201d when you have the chance,<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>To the ones who wore, a sharp crease<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Pressed on their pants.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Tell them you appreciate, what they went through\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>They make us proud of our colors, that never \u201crun\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>The Grand Ole\u2019 Flag, the Red, White and Blue.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>\u201cI pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>\u201cMay it Forever Wave\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Rosa L.
