It\u2019s the Lord!\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus came and took his hand, \u201cCome walk with me a while.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6>And for the first time in his life, the little boy began to smile.<\/h6>\n<h6>He looked into the eyes of love, so gentle and without guile\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>He walked and talked with Jesus, on the road for about a mile<\/h6>\n<h6>They talked about how life was hard but he was not afraid.<\/h6>\n<h6>The little boy was happy, joyful, courageous and brave.<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus said, \u201cChild you\u2019re a gift, sent from heaven,<\/h6>\n<h6>Made by my Father\u2019s own design<\/h6>\n<h6>You\u2019re made whole, you\u2019re priceless, you\u2019re one of a kind.&#8221;<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus washed the little boys face, put new sandals on his feet.<\/h6>\n<h6>Dressed him with a brand-new robe, gave him fish and bread to eat.<\/h6>\n<h6>Took him to the throne room; his Father God to meet.<\/h6>\n<h6>The gift of life was given, to a son met on the street.<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>No longer hungry or thirsty, no disease or hurt or pain<\/h6>\n<h6>This gift was given and the little boy gained\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>New life in heaven with a brand-new name.<\/h6>\n<h6>Gift, his name is Gift!<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\">~Marla Shaw O\u2019Neill, May 7, 2021<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><strong><em>Matthew 19:14\u00a0<\/em><em>King James Version<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><em><sup>14\u00a0<\/sup><\/em><em>But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.<\/em><\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The little boy was shoeless, with holes in his pants and shirt And on each cheek, there were smears of sweat and dirt.
