Oh God, what have I done? These men, mean to humiliate me, in front of the whole town<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m caught in my own sin, it has me tormented and bound<\/h6>\n
There will be no mercy, no compassion found<\/h6>\n
For the law is clearly written and it is profound\u2026<\/h6>\n
\u201cStone her!\u201d This is the only thing they can do. So, I mustn\u2019t make a sound.<\/h6>\n
No defense will be given for one such as I\u2026<\/h6>\n
Today, dear God, they want me to die!<\/h6>\n
Ashamed and devastated in the dirt I lie.<\/h6>\n
Shouts of accusations are spewed forth from these men\u2026<\/h6>\n
\u201cWhat say you teacher? Shall we shout it again?\u201d<\/h6>\n
Silence from the teacher as he bends down, writing on the ground.<\/h6>\n
Not a word does he speak.<\/h6>\n
Certain death will be my gain today\u2026I\u2019m ready, for whatever the teacher may say\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
I\u2019m sorry for my sin. What else could I have done\u2026I\u2019m just a poor, haggard, woman.<\/em><\/h6>\n
These are my thoughts as I crouch in the dirt\u2026dirty and sweaty, not of much worth. Eyes bowed low. I\u2019m numb, but I\u2019m not afraid anymore\u2026I\u2019ve heard of this teacher, they say He\u2019s the Lord!<\/em><\/h6>\n
I hear Him stand and then he speaks these words\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
\u201cLet the man who has never sinned, throw the first stone at her\u201d \u2026<\/h6>\n
He stoops again and writes in the dust\u2026<\/h6>\n
One by one, they drop their stones,<\/h6>\n
knowing their own hearts are full of lusts\u2026<\/h6>\n
Not one of them could throw a stone, hanging their heads they walk on\u2026<\/h6>\n
\u201cDear woman? Where are those who condemned you?\u201d<\/h6>\n
Looking around I\u2019m left alone with only the teacher\u2026 \u201cThey\u2019re all gone.\u201d<\/h6>\n
\u201cI do not condemn you either. Go and live your life free from sin.\u201d<\/h6>\n
Standing there I\u2019m elated and surprised, today I will not die. Today I have new life!<\/h6>\n
I will live my life for Him!!<\/h6>\n
I am not condemned!!<\/h6>\n
Condemnation is a lie from the enemy, we all fight it at some time. Satan will lie to us over and over and over again. That\u2019s his job. But Jesus does not lie and He says, “Where are your accusers?” Look around you, they are gone! Jesus has set us free! He is the freedom giver! Don\u2019t let the devil condemn you not for one instant. Because Jesus does not condemn you, but he does say, “Go, and sin no more!!!” Praise the Lord!! Who the son sets free is free indeed! Simply ask the Lord to forgive you for condemning yourself and then walk in that freedom!! We are in a constant battle, but you know what, we are not fighting it by ourselves\u2026We have the Spirit of the Living God, His Holy Spirit, living right inside of us. Listen to Him and you will never go wrong, not ever!!!! The Spirit and the word bear witness to the truth!!! Live in Freedom!!! Amen!!!<\/h6>\n

John 8:1-11<\/strong> The Passion Translation <\/em>Jesus walked up the Mount of Olives <\/em>near the city <\/em>where he spent the night. <\/em>Then at dawn Jesus appeared in the temple courts again, and soon all the people gathered around to listen to his words, so he sat down and taught them. <\/em>Then in the middle of his teaching, the religious scholars <\/em>and the Pharisees broke through the crowd and brought a woman who had been caught in the act of committing adultery and made her stand\u00a0in the middle <\/em>of everyone.<\/em><\/h6>\n
Then they said to Jesus, – \u201cTeacher, we caught this woman in the very act of adultery. Doesn\u2019t Moses\u2019 law command us to stone to death a woman like this? Tell us, what do you say we should do with her?\u201d They were only testing Jesus because they hoped to trap him with his own words and accuse him of breaking the laws of Moses.<\/em><\/h6>\n
But Jesus didn\u2019t answer them. Instead he simply bent down and wrote in the dust with his finger. Angry, they kept insisting that he answer their question, so Jesus stood up and looked at them and said, <\/em>\u201cLet\u2019s have the man who has never had a sinful desire throw the first stone at her.\u201d <\/em>And then he bent over again and wrote some more words in the dust.<\/em><\/h6>\n
Upon hearing that, her accusers slowly left the crowd one at a time, beginning with the oldest to the youngest, with a convicted conscience.<\/em> Until finally, Jesus was left alone with the woman still standing there in front of him. So, he stood back up and said to her, \u201cDear woman, where are your accusers? Is there no one here to condemn you?\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
Looking around, she replied, \u201cI see no one, Lord.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
Jesus said, <\/em>\u201cThen I certainly don\u2019t condemn you either.<\/em> Go, and from now on, be free from a life of sin.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
