\nPraise arises on the wind through heaven\u2019s portals as they open
\nInto the city of the Living God;
\nThe River rises as He nod\u2019s,
\n\u2018Come deeper, come deeper! Dive into the river of life\u2026
\nLet Joy pour over your seeking soul\u2026
\nThe water is clean, it\u2019s pure and whole\u2026
\nSplash and sing! Be bold!<\/p>\n
The current is strong let it carry you, in, and out, and back again\u2026
\nReaching places, you\u2019ve never been\u2026
\nThe River is rushing to a peaceful bend\u2026
\nJust up ahead, where life begins\u2026<\/p>\n
Let the River of life flow within you and through you, wherever you go\u2026
\nIn this River living waters never run dry\u2026
\nHear the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, cry!<\/p>\n

Dive, and splash, and swim about, then ride the current to depths unknown
\nYou\u2019ll see River creatures having fun\u2026
\nAs colors of blues and greens, above and below, watch as you are spun
\nThrough an uncharted adventure, here abide\u2026
\nNo need to fear and you\u2019ll never have to hide\u2026
\nFor He, who is, the River-of-Life, never retreats and never ends. It\u2019s He who bids you ride\u2026
\nOn the cool, clear, waters\u2026there is a vast supply!
\nStay in the River-of-Life, and you\u2019ll never die!
\nRiver flowing far and wide, beckons you to, the other side!<\/p>\n
Some may wade into the river, and some may watch from the shore\u2026
\nMe, I\u2019m diving in. I\u2019ll live and breathe; totally sold out to the Lord for more!
\nLife is full and life is sweet\u2026but it\u2019s going to take more than just my feet, take all of me and I will be, totally and completely free, dwelling in the River of Life!<\/p>\n

\n1 God, you\u2019re such a safe and powerful place to find refuge!
\nYou\u2019re a proven help in time of trouble\u2014
\nmore than enough and always available whenever I need you.
\n2 So we will never fear
\neven if every structure of support[b] were to crumble away.
\nWe will not fear even when the earth quakes and shakes,
\nmoving mountains and casting them into the sea.
\n3 For the raging roar of stormy winds and crashing waves

\na. Psalm 46:1 As translated in the Septuagint. Other versions read \u201cfor the maidens.\u201d Ps. 46 is known as one of the Songs of Zion. The others are Psalms 48, 76, 84, 87, and 122. These are psalms that praise Jerusalem as God\u2019s dwelling place.
\nb. Psalm 46:2 Or \u201cearth itself.\u201d
\nc. Psalm 46:4 The plural \u201cdwelling places\u201d points to believers today. Each believer is now the holy dwelling place of God. God\u2019s river flows into us and through us.
\nd. Psalm 46:5 This is a reference to Jerusalem, but today God calls his church a \u201ccity\u201d on a hill.
