The tree was bare, and lifeless, the dead limbs just about to fall<\/h6>\n
Standing all alone in a place deserted it was not wanted at all\u2026<\/h6>\n
Me in my bare feet, missing my two front teeth\u2026I stared in wonder,<\/h6>\n
When all of a sudden, I heard someone call\u2026<\/h6>\n
\u201cJoe, come home now\u2026it\u2019s time to come in\u2026\u201d<\/h6>\n
Then right before my eyes, the sun shining bright, there stood, two men\u2026<\/h6>\n
Their eyes were bluer than the sky, and their clothes were brighter than the sunshine\u2026<\/h6>\n
They smiled and said, \u201cDon\u2019t be afraid? We\u2019re here to give life to that old dead tree.\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
I turned to look and what did I see? The tree was alive, the limbs were full of dark-green leaves, the trunk of the tree was full and strong and before long, birds had made a home\u2026<\/h6>\n
I couldn\u2019t believe it, so I sang this little song\u2026<\/h6>\n
A miracle happened today, to me,<\/em><\/h6>\n
I saw two men give life to a tree\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
Angels, they were, and they spoke right to me\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
Giving life to an old dead tree\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
Then I asked them this question as calm as could be\u2026<\/h6>\n
\u201cAngels, why\u2019d you bring life to that old tree?\u201d<\/h6>\n
\u201cSon,\u201d they said, \u201clisten to this story\u2026open your eyes so you will see,<\/em><\/h6>\n
That old tree was almost dead, we were walking by and shook our heads<\/em><\/h6>\n
Reminded of a time, long, ago\u2026when a man we knew was hung on a tree\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
He came from a place called Galilee\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
He, gives, life, for he is the tree\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
So, we gave life to this old dead tree\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
Just so you would see, and live your life under the shade of the Living Tree\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
When you grow up and remember us here\u2026you\u2019ll tell this story for others to hear<\/em><\/h6>\n
A testimony of how Jesus is the living tree\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/h6>\n
Waving good-bye, to these two strangers I met, I ran to tell grandma, at the table she\u2019d set\u2026<\/h6>\n
