{"id":3792,"date":"2019-10-03T10:25:29","date_gmt":"2019-10-03T15:25:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/?p=3792"},"modified":"2019-10-03T10:25:29","modified_gmt":"2019-10-03T15:25:29","slug":"the-door","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/03\/the-door\/","title":{"rendered":"The Door"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3793\" src=\"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/eye-has-not-seen-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/eye-has-not-seen-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/becourageousbebold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/eye-has-not-seen.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/b><\/h6>\n<h6>For the child of God, death is just a doorway\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6><em>Jesus is the door\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6>And when our spirit leaves our body of flesh<\/h6>\n<h6>Jesus opens the door and welcomes us home\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Oh, at first, we are apprehensive\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>No one wants to leave the comfort of what is known<\/h6>\n<h6>And many of us have never seen what\u2019s on the other side\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>But we\u2019ve experienced new life\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>We\u2019ve studied and gone through many tests\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>By faith we\u2019ve walked with him and all the rest\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Listened to many sermons, read the <em>Holy Book<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6>And while taking a look, we believe the place called heaven<\/h6>\n<h6>Will be our eternal home\u2026a new adventure\u2026so, to speak\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Some have even gone there, returned, and said they never wanted to leave<\/h6>\n<h6>And knowing Jesus, I believe\u2026that what he says is true\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Still it gives the mind something to ponder\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>And often we wonder, just what it will be like\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6><em>The Holy Book says\u2026But as it is written: \u201cEye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.\u201d But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things<\/em><em>, <\/em><em>yes, the deep things of God. <\/em><em>1 Corinthians 2:9-10<\/em> <em>New King James Version (NKJV)<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6>You see it\u2019s by the Spirit that we can know for sure\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Yes, it\u2019s a little scary when we think about it with our carnal mind\u2026but be courageous and brave\u2026God has a plan, and when we are called home, we\u2019ll understand\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Don\u2019t be afraid\u2026be at peace\u2026Jesus will be there to open the door\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Everything we\u2019ve lived and loved and accomplished here for him, will take us to a place more real than anything we could have known in this life\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>And then\u2026the adventure of our life will truly begin\u2026<\/h6>\n<h6>Holy Spirit is our guide in this life, in death, and in the life to come!
