I was there at the beginning\u2026<\/h6>\n
Known as the Word\u2026<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m the breath of life\u2026<\/h6>\n
Where dust and soul unite<\/h6>\n
I threw the stars across galaxies, shining the light for all to see<\/h6>\n
I formed the sun and the moon so that the day would bloom<\/h6>\n
And the night would swoon, as true love meets, bride and groom<\/h6>\n
I blew upon the waters and designed oceans and seas<\/h6>\n
Where tides roll and creatures of the deep<\/h6>\n
Run and play unafraid, laughing, no need to weep<\/h6>\n
While water-colors swirl, and all living things are sweet<\/h6>\n
Heaven is my throne-room, and one day we\u2019ll meet.<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m the architect of heaven and earth<\/h6>\n
Hurling mountains; telling them to stay<\/h6>\n
Scooping out valleys, where still-waters obey.<\/h6>\n
The birds, and beasts of the field, draw near when I say\u2026<\/h6>\n
Be fruitful and multiply\u2026what a glorious display<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m the musician; where my melody is heard<\/h6>\n
Deep within the soul; without speaking a word\u2026<\/h6>\n
I talked with Adam, \u2018Twas our delight\u2026<\/h6>\n
No unbelief was in him, he was intelligent and bright\u2026<\/h6>\n
Made in my image, this was good, this was right!<\/h6>\n
Yes, I was there in the beginning, and I am in the here and now\u2026<\/h6>\n
I\u2019ll hold you in your sorrow, in each new dawn, on the morrow\u2026<\/h6>\n
And you will see, I am here for thee, my perfect love cast out fright!<\/h6>\n
I provided the ram for Abraham; his faith made him my friend\u2026<\/h6>\n
I closed the mouths of lions; I was there, setting Daniel free in the end\u2026<\/h6>\n
I was in the fire with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego<\/h6>\n
There was no smell of smoke on them when they were let go.<\/h6>\n
I walked with Moses through the desert of woe<\/h6>\n
I instructed Samuel when he anointed David as king\u2026<\/h6>\n
I am here right now, are you listening?<\/h6>\n
You see, going through these tests, brings about your very best<\/h6>\n
And sets the captives free\u2026<\/h6>\n
Will you walk with me?<\/h6>\n
Will you abide and not flee?<\/h6>\n
Will you believe when you walk through your trials?<\/h6>\n
No matter how long, or, how many miles?<\/h6>\n
Will you trust me in the desert?<\/h6>\n
Will you believe me crossing the red sea?<\/h6>\n
Will you take up your cross and follow me?<\/h6>\n
Will you believe I am with you when the night is long?<\/h6>\n
Will you be strong, when everything looks completely wrong?<\/h6>\n
Will you raise a war-cry of praise and sing a worship song?<\/h6>\n
I am past, present and future\u2026the beginning and the end<\/h6>\n
You see, even in the desert, in the ocean and the fire<\/h6>\n
Even in the heavens you are my desire\u2026<\/h6>\n
I\u2019ve loved you then and I love you still\u2026<\/h6>\n
Trust me child, I always will\u2026<\/h6>\n
My word is steadfast; my word is true\u2026<\/h6>\n
Have faith today and see your trial through<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m here right now; I\u2019m waiting for you\u2026<\/h6>\n
Don\u2019t look to the left; don\u2019t look to the right\u2026<\/h6>\n
Stay focused on me, get ready to fly\u2026<\/h6>\n
