Stranded in a broken deserted land\u2026<\/h6>\n
People complaining never content\u2026<\/h6>\n
Like jackals fighting over their prey<\/h6>\n
Struggling for all they can get; very little pay\u2026<\/h6>\n
You asked once\u2026.<\/h6>\n
\u201cWill I find faith on earth, when I return one day?\u201d<\/h6>\n
The days are darkened;<\/h6>\n
And like zombies all obey, the socialized media, with the games we play<\/h6>\n
Keeping us mesmerized, mind controlled, staring with each and every scroll,<\/h6>\n
Down and down we go\u2026to the virtual world below\u2026<\/h6>\n
We use Jesus for a magic ride\u2026<\/h6>\n
Religion turns the ocean’s tide\u2026<\/h6>\n
Into something unknown so we justify\u2026<\/h6>\n
Self is more important, we believe the lie\u2026<\/h6>\n
Holy God and Holy Son shatter this abominable disguise<\/h6>\n
Help us to lift our eyes\u2026<\/h6>\n
To you the only truth there is\u2026<\/h6>\n
Help us once again\u2026be purified\u2026<\/h6>\n
To die to self and live in you<\/h6>\n
Let this be our mantra true\u2026<\/h6>\n
God forgive us\u2026we mustn\u2019t rule<\/em>\u2026<\/h6>\n
We sit upon your rightful throne while taking your holy name in vain<\/h6>\n
Return us to your blessed home\u2026<\/h6>\n
So we can rest in you again\u2026<\/h6>\n
Let us enter into the holy place<\/h6>\n
Where we see Jesus\u2019 redeeming face<\/h6>\n
God set our hearts ablaze\u2026<\/h6>\n
So there\u2019s no more disgrace\u2026<\/h6>\n
Let us enter into your blessed rest\u2026<\/h6>\n
Shake our hearts until we fall on you<\/h6>\n
Waken us out of this hypnotic test<\/h6>\n
Snap your fingers and we will not protest\u2026<\/h6>\n
God let us enter into your holiness<\/h6>\n
And there we\u2019ll find our rest\u2026<\/h6>\n
