Where can I go? Who can I turn too?<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m so frightened; I don\u2019t know what to do\u2026<\/h6>\n
Living in my car\u2026tortured day and night\u2026<\/h6>\n
Demons pursuing me this can\u2019t be right\u2026<\/h6>\n
Driving, I see a sign\u2026that reads Journey Church<\/h6>\n
Drawn by some unforeseen force, I end my search\u2026<\/h6>\n
Sitting listening to the message it\u2019s exactly what I need<\/h6>\n
Crying out, I hear the man say, Don\u2019t walk away\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
I know you may think this is just a clich\u00e9\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
But I\u2019m telling you, you can have a new life, if you will accept Jesus today\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
Standing up front is our prayer team; they are there for you, if you want to pray\u2026<\/em><\/h6>\n
With every ounce of courage I have, I take the long walk forward; with heart pounding\u2026and whispers in my ear, don\u2019t<\/em> go<\/em>\u2026 I press forward\u2026<\/h6>\n
I tell them my story\u2026<\/h6>\n
Not knowing if they can help me or not, especially because it\u2019s so gory\u2026<\/h6>\n
Getting reinforcements, they bring me to the cross of Calvary\u2026<\/h6>\n
Do you want Jesus to be your Lord and Savior<\/em>? The one man asks\u2026<\/h6>\n
Without hesitation I say, yes.<\/em><\/h6>\n
Repeating the words, I ask Jesus into my heart\u2026<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m forever changed…\u00a0I have a new life, a new\u00a0start\u2026<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m clean, my sins erased\u2026the demons flee\u2026<\/h6>\n
Now God is living inside of me\u2026<\/h6>\n
If I had not come today<\/h6>\n
If I had turned and walked away<\/h6>\n
If I had let fear and doubt overtake me<\/h6>\n
I would not be free\u2026<\/h6>\n
But because you were there today<\/h6>\n
Because you helped me pray<\/h6>\n
I\u2019m a new person in every way<\/h6>\n

This is a true story. Sunday, Bob and I had the wonderful honor, along with our Pastor Shane, to lead a young man to the Lord Jesus Christ. I was feeling extremely sick that morning and wasn\u2019t sure if I would make it to the 12:30 service. But I pressed in and with prayer and perseverance we made it to the prayer room where we pray before the service begins. The team prayed for souls to be saved and for God to move on the hearts of hurting people. The week before there were 101 souls that gave their hearts to Jesus\u2026I don\u2019t know how many made that choice this past Sunday yet, but I do know this one young man did\u2026I don\u2019t know if you\u2019ve ever experienced leading someone to Jesus or not but I can tell you, there is nothing like it\u2026knowing that there are demons fighting to keep them\u2026but also knowing that God, by the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus with prayer warriors praying\u2026souls are given the courage and strength to make the decision to accept Jesus into their hearts, and will know that they are forever changed, is worth every effort to be in the service of the Lord.<\/h6>\n
That does not mean life will not be difficult\u2026but it does mean that instead of fighting the battle alone without hope\u2026you have the hosts of heaven and the Lord Jesus Christ<\/em> to fight the battle with you\u2026.He puts his Holy Spirit within you so that you are more than a conqueror\u2026and you have the family of God standing alongside of you to cheer you on\u2026and to hold you up and to help you all the way through this life. With God\u2019s word\u2026the Holy Spirit and with fellowship and prayer\u2026we will overcome! Don\u2019t give up\u2026don\u2019t grow weary\u2026the harvest is ready and you are needed to glean in the fields\u2026Amen!<\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
