Disciples watched.<\/h6>\n
His mother mourned\u2026<\/h6>\n
Taking our sins; Jesus the Lord!<\/h6>\n
Hanging from the tree that day\u2026<\/h6>\n
It is finished<\/em>! They heard Him say\u2026<\/h6>\n
The earth shook and rocks were split<\/h6>\n
Soldiers were shocked because of it\u2026<\/h6>\n
Thunder roared and in the Temple sent<\/h6>\n
Holy Spirit finally ripped<\/h6>\n
Top to bottom the veil was torn\u2026<\/h6>\n
As the holy Angels sounded their horn<\/h6>\n
Souls were free and for joy they cried<\/h6>\n
God no longer had to hide; for Jesus His son<\/h6>\n
Had bled and died\u2026<\/h6>\n
Three days in the grave and then revived\u2026<\/h6>\n
How could this be? What does it mean?<\/h6>\n
The veil was torn in two<\/h6>\n
Five sets of blue, purple and scarlet cloth<\/h6>\n
A miracle of grace and mercy brought\u2026<\/h6>\n
Where once a bull had to atone for our sin<\/h6>\n
The veil was torn which let man in<\/h6>\n
Now God and man would speak again\u2026<\/h6>\n
Not in shadow, or, a go between\u2026<\/h6>\n
God was free to live His dream\u2026<\/h6>\n
Restored mankind and set men free<\/h6>\n
Jesus did this for you and, for me\u2026<\/h6>\n
No veil to separate the Holy place<\/h6>\n
Now we can see Jesus, face to face\u2026<\/h6>\n
And God is glorified, by the human race\u2026<\/h6>\n
Holy Spirit now resides\u2026<\/h6>\n
Within our hearts is where He abides<\/h6>\n
When Jesus Christ, God\u2019s son, suffered and died\u2026<\/h6>\n
From top to bottom<\/h6>\n

Matthew 27:51 New International Version (NIV) <\/em><\/strong>At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split<\/em><\/h6>\n

Now the first covenant had regulations for worship and also an earthly sanctuary.<\/em> A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand and the table with its consecrated bread; this was called the Holy Place. Behind the second curtain was a room called the Most Holy Place, which had the golden altar of incense and the gold-covered Ark of the Covenant. This ark contained the gold jar of manna, Aaron\u2019s staff that had budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant. Above the ark were the cherubim of the Glory, overshadowing the atonement cover. But we cannot discuss these things in detail now.<\/em><\/h6>\n
When everything had been arranged like this, the priests entered regularly into the outer room to carry on their ministry.<\/em> But only the high priest entered the inner room, and that only once a year, and never without blood, which he offered for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance. The Holy Spirit was showing by this that the way into the Most Holy Place had not yet been disclosed as long as the first tabernacle was still functioning. This is an illustration for the present time, indicating that the gifts and sacrifices being offered were not able to clear the conscience of the worshiper.<\/em><\/h6>\n
