Old things, don\u2019t mean thrown out things<\/h6>\n
Old things are best when used\u2026<\/h6>\n
Old things, are not worn out things…<\/h6>\n
They’ve been to the mountains<\/h6>\n
And the valley of despair<\/h6>\n
Survived desert places<\/h6>\n
But God was there…<\/h6>\n
They\u2019ve\u00a0been forged in fire\u2026<\/h6>\n
And tossed on stormy seas…<\/h6>\n
Weary and tired…wondering what would be…<\/h6>\n
They always cried out…God help me…<\/h6>\n
Over rough roads and valley\u2019s these old things have trod\u2026<\/h6>\n
The Ancient of age, no birth had He, for He, was God\u2026<\/h6>\n
Until He sent Jesus, then\u00a0alive, made He\u2026<\/h6>\n
Old things remain and old things will stand<\/h6>\n
When created by God\u2019s all seeing hand\u2026<\/h6>\n
With resilience and fortitude they walk this land\u2026<\/h6>\n
Maybe not so fast, anymore, but their hearts withstand<\/h6>\n
Trials and tests on roads that they’ve walked,<\/h6>\n
Sometimes persecuted and sometimes mocked\u2026<\/h6>\n
With wisdom and memories of what has been\u2026<\/h6>\n
Old things are new things that begin again\u2026<\/h6>\n
The cycle of life is like a wedding ring\u2026<\/h6>\n
There is no beginning, and,\u00a0no ending\u2026<\/h6>\n
A covenant; it’s God\u2019s continuous plan\u2026<\/h6>\n
You see, God made old things and he called them man\u2026<\/h6>\n
Within each soul that enters earth\u2019s domain\u2026<\/h6>\n
God says, it is good and it shall remain\u2026<\/h6>\n
Sending His son, whose blood was shed<\/h6>\n
Makes us alive, when once we were dead\u2026<\/h6>\n
The blood is the life source;\u00a0making us thrive\u2026<\/h6>\n
The perfect sacrifice that makes us alive\u2026<\/h6>\n
God sees the blood, he knows who are His\u2026<\/h6>\n
Old things are not forsaken; each child He will kiss\u2026<\/h6>\n
Sending His love with His promise…<\/h6>\n
Time is relative only on earth\u2026<\/h6>\n
The soul of man with this new birth\u2026<\/h6>\n
Makes old things, become new things\u2026<\/h6>\n
And with this brings\u2026<\/h6>\n
Eternal living with a new song to sing\u2026<\/h6>\n
Thank you Jesus for giving me wings\u2026<\/h6>\n
The body grows weary and returns\u00a0to dust\u2026<\/h6>\n
But old things made by God\u2019s hands will never rust\u2026<\/h6>\n
For the blood of Jesus is what\u00a0we must trust\u2026<\/h6>\n
For old things; are only new things; waiting to be seen\u2026<\/h6>\n
Behold, God makes everything, brand new again\u2026<\/h6>\n
