Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty and\u00a0where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom<\/strong>. But not to do our own thing\u2026Oh no. Our liberty and freedom is to walk in the way our Holy God walks. And he wants us to walk with him. We are to lift Jesus up\u00a0and follow him. We are to be led by the Holy Spirit in paths of righteousness\u2026so that we will not fall into turmoil, anxiety, guilt, shame, regret and darkness that leads to death\u2026<\/h6>\n
We are not to have preconceived ideas about what we think about God,\u00a0but to live in truth and to\u00a0have respect and say, “What is it that you want\u00a0God?” We are to esteem others more highly than ourselves\u2026Jesus didn\u2019t come to save us so that we could have all the finest \u201cthings\u201d this world\u00a0offers\u2026He came to save us so that we would be children of the Kingdom of God\u2026not to lay up treasures here on the earth\u2026but to lay hold of something so much more lasting and eternal. Where moth and rust cannot destroy and where thieves cannot come in and steal\u2026treasures not made of earthen vessels\u2026these treasures are souls\u2026souls that will live forever and never die\u2026Souls that we meet every day in the workplace, grocery store, wherever we go\u2026and we are the souls that have been redeemed\u2026but somehow something has gone wrong and we are weary and fearful and stressing about every little thing\u2026The Holy Spirit is saying, “Stop it!”<\/h6>\n
I was talking to a friend of mine the other day, we\u2019ve known each other for over thirty years\u2026and she was saying how she just doesn\u2019t have the energy to do anything anymore\u2026and that sometimes she just feels like slapping people\u2026well, I know what she means, it does seem like people need a good slap every now and then\u2026but no, that wouldn\u2019t be Christ like\u2026lol\u2026sorry I got carried away\u2026so I gave her this analogy\u2026<\/h6>\n
If we hold anything in our hearts against other people, believer or non-believer, it is us who will suffer\u2026and the Bible says if we don\u2019t forgive we won\u2019t be forgiven\u2026and the tormenters are turned loose on us\u2026I told her, it\u2019s like the drain in your bathroom that goes to the toilet\u2026when it gets clogged there\u2019s some pretty icky stuff causing the fresh clean water from getting in and it is stopping the icky mess from being flushed\u2026crude, I know, but it makes a good visual\u2026when we allow \u201cstuff\u201d to get in our hearts and minds, unforgiveness, envy, strife, gossip, jealousy, hate, even the dislike of someone, that is the \u201cicky clog\u201d that is stopping us from hearing God\u2019s voice clearly\u2026it is what makes us sick and toxic\u2026it will rob you of joy and peace and life\u2026it can kill you, physically and spiritually\u2026<\/h6>\n
But\u2026when we say\u2026 “Lord, I choose to forgive, I choose to walk the way you have said to walk, I choose to be a doer of your word and not just a hearer or have lip service\u2026I give my heart to you, so that you will be honored\u2026\u201d then the Holy Spirit like \u201cLiquid Plumber\u201d dissolves the \u201cicky stuff\u201d and instantly fresh, clean water is flowing again\u2026the channel from God\u2019s lips to your heart are opened and you can hear him speaking\u2026Forgive as I\u2019ve forgiven you.<\/em> Walk in my love. Be at peace and be filled with my joy<\/em>\u2026My Spirit will only dwell in a clean vessel.<\/em><\/h6>\n
God loves each of us more than we can think or imagine\u2026so\u2026will you do it? Will you allow the Liquid Plumber (Holy Spirit)<\/em>, so to speak, flow freely through your pipes today\u2026?<\/h6>\n
All it takes is humility and obedience\u2026All torment will leave and no matter what the rest of the world is doing\u2026you will be at Peace with God, yourself and with others\u2026Just Do It!!!<\/h6>\n

Whenever, though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are\u2014face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We\u2019re free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him. 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 The Message (MSG)<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n
Imitating Christ\u2019s Humility<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n
Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion,<\/span> then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.<\/span> Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves,<\/span> not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. <\/span>. A Life of God-Worship<\/span><\/em><\/h6>\n
Don\u2019t hoard treasure down here where it gets eaten by moths and corroded by rust or\u2014worse!\u2014stolen by burglars. Stockpile treasure in heaven, where it\u2019s safe from moth and rust and burglars. It\u2019s obvious, isn\u2019t it?
