The Armor of God
Sometimes without warning something is said, and we become offended or misunderstood by something that was said innocently. The enemy listens to every conversation and attacks as often as he can to divide and conquer.
Be aware, be alert! Love unconditionally, pray without ceasing and always, always be quick to forgive. This pleases God and the enemy cannot fight love! Don’t let offenses keep you down. Don’t let the enemy, the devil, keep you intimidated and isolated. Give him a big black eye by praying in the Holy Spirit, drawing nigh to God, resist the devil will make him flee, he has to run! He can’t stand where the blood of Jesus abides!
Put your armor on. THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD! It’s going to take every piece of armor you’ve got to STAND against the tactics and schemes of the devil. Be strong in the Lord and use His Spiritual Power and Truth…to FIGHT! Jesus had a reason for telling his mother and disciples and the others to Go and Wait in the Upper room until they are saturated with power from on HIGH! The promise of the Holy Spirit was coming to fill them with fire and power to fight the enemy, Satan. We must be filled, full and overflowing, with the Holy Spirit and fire…amen? AMEN!!!

We can’t fight demons with natural means…Our flesh is no weapon against the powers of darkness and principalities in high places…Oh no, that’s why He. Jesus said, Be Filled with power from On HIGH! Why on high? Because that’s where God is, that’s where Jesus is and when we pray, Jesus prays for us!!! He is in the high place. Higher than the enemy’s camp! Jesus defeated the enemy, but the enemy can still tempt us and if we let him, he’ll rob us of our victory! So, be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. Jesus said, he was going away but he would send another comforter to be in us and lead and guide us. But it’s up to us to ask him and then be obedient to His word!
Love, God’s love, cannot be counterfeited, or faked. Prayer, asking, is what connects us to the Father in the spirit, in fellowship, in relationship with Him. When we truly have that communion with God, he will answer us in fact He already has. Live by faith knowing we already have what He says we have. He’ll send His angels to protect us, guide us and lead us in a good path. Open your eyes and your ears and hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying…We are MORE than conquerors in Christ Jesus. We are Victorious! Don’t let the devil sit on your back and accuse you or your brothers and sisters. Tell him to Go, in the name of Jesus, and he has too! Because Jesus said so!!!
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put (you have to put it on every day) on the whole Armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole Armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
It’s time to get real…get busy…and just DO IT!!! Amen! Ephesians 6:10-18King James Version (KJV)
