Speechless, breathless
No words can express
The depth and heights
Of these feelings within
The sky not wide enough
Nor oceans abyss
Can compare to this love
I’ve found
Who are you my Prince
That you should take note
Of a peasant such as I
No material goods
Of much worth to give
I only have myself you see
Your voice is like a rolling thunder
It burrows my soul and brings me to my knees
I’m in awe of such a one as thee
The words you speak are like honey
They send rivers of thrills to my soul
I shutter and quake at the sound of your voice
What splender…what ecstasy
Do you not see what you do to me
Do you not feel what I feel
Let me never recover from this wonderous dream
It is more than I deserve
My heart waits patiently for thee my love
No other can take your place
For in your eyes I’m lost at sea
No rescue or life-boat for me
Prayers long spent have come to pass
No more tears or sadness will grip my heart
Broken years are mended I’m complete
Finally you’ve come to take me home
No more doubts, no more loneliness, no more fears
Time stands still in this sky so blue
