He spoke Life…
He spoke Love…
He spoke Hope!!!
Open your mouth and speak Life…
Life, Life, Life…To Life!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.
The Lord hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death. Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord: Psalm 118:17-19 King James Version (KJV)
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103:1-5 King James Version (KJV)
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psalm 91:2King James Version (KJV)
There was a little song we used to sing when I was a little girl, (a time before time,) just kidding, in Vacation Bible School, that said:
Be careful little eyes what you see
Be careful little eyes what you see
For the Father up above, is looking on with love
So be careful little eyes what you see…
Be careful little ears what you hear
Be careful little ears what you hear
For the Father up above, is looking on with love
So be careful little ears what you hear…
And it would go on to say be careful little mouth what you say…little feet where you go…little hands what you do and so on.
What are we watching, what are we hearing, what are we speaking? Someone is always watching. Most important; God is always watching.
The tongue is a powerful tool…it can heal and it can destroy.
The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21 New International Version (NIV)
What we say comes straight from the heart…
My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body.
Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Avoid all perverse talk; stay away from corrupt speech. Proverbs 4:20-24New Living Translation (NLT)
Are you speaking words of life today?
Is your heart full of Love? True love comes from God.
Do you know God?
Do you know His son?
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him would not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
What you speak, will tell, if you know Him…
Speak Life…Speak Hope…Speak Love!
Not only is God watching, your children are watching and listening and learning by what you say and what you do…
“What you do speaks so loud that what you say I cannot hear.”
Will they learn to speak life by what you are speaking…?
You’re character goes before you…
Let truth, mercy, and life, follow you into the future! Your children are the future!
Speak Life!
Today is celebrated as heart day…a day of love and life!! What’s in your heart?
